A signed acceptance of my contract is required to commencement of work.
Payment of 50% of the cost of special projects before work commences on any project is required.
Incidental expenses such as postage, long distance calls and courier services will be detailed and billed separately.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
I accept payment through Paypal, checks, money orders and cashier’s checks.
Checks returned will be subject to a $30.00 service charge.
Permission is required before reproducing any content (text, photos, etc.) from the Phyllis Garland website.
